RESERVATION – DEPOSIT – ACCOMMODATION
To confirm your reservation, a down payment of 25% of the total amount is required. The full cost of the apartment will be paid before departure.

CANCELLATION
If cancelled up to 21 days prior to the arrival date no cancellation fees will be charged and the down payment is refundable. In any other case the down payment is not refundable.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is not allowed.
PARTIES / EVENTS
Parties / events are not allowed.
PETS
Pets are allowed (upon request)
ACCOMMODATION TAX
There is an extra charge of 0.50€ per night.

Between the departures – arrivals of guests there is a general cleaning – disinfection of the rooms according to the strict instructions of ΕΟΔΥ (Hellenic National Public Health Organization) for the Covid – 19 virus.
